Coaching Manifesto

I hold these truths to be self-evident:

Our world could use some serious social change.
All people, everywhere, deserve to live a free, dignified and meaningful life.
Young people have a tremendous amount of energy and passion.
This passion could be better channeled to making social change happen.
You don’t have to sell out and “just get a job" to pay the rent or mortgage. You can do what you love, and you can make a difference.

Although anger can be a good place to start when wanting to bring about social change, in the long run it consumes us, like a bonfire. Joy is the true force behind change, and it keeps us going with much better mileage.
If you truly follow your path, you will transform our world.

My game, as your coach, is to inspire and empower you to claim the life you love and to live it full out.

I will help you define and design your game: the intersection of your true life calling and your social change project. Together, we will figure out what it takes to win.

I will support you in the tough practice sessions we will need to play big and win big. We will identify and practice the skills you need to be successful, and you will build your social-change-agent and living-in-joy muscles as we go.

I will be there when you lose (and it’s OK to lose). We will use those losses as lessons, and we will develop better gameplans.

I will be there when you take risks, when you discover powerful truths about who you are and how you tick, when you do what it takes to live in alignment with your core values.

And, of course, I will be there when you win!

You win when you love what you do, and when what you do makes a difference.
