• I send you 1-3 emails per month to ask your opinion on some new product or service I am developing. You tell me what you think about the new idea.
• I don't expect you to respond each and every time, but whenever you have feedback or comments, they are most welcome. Similarly, I will not always respond directly to your feedback, but rather back to group at large once I've received enough feedback and decided to move forward.
• When I am developing new teleclasses, you will be notified and given the opportunity to participate in the pilot version.

• You will have first dibs on new programs and teleclasses I am offering.
• You'll receive a 10% discount on any of my services (assuming you participate actively on the R&D team).
• You'll have my undying gratitude and loyalty.

• Because you'll be participating in the very beginning of the research and design process, I ask that you keep this material confidential until I "roll it out" to the public.
• I retain all intellectual property rights of the new ideas and services I develop with your feedback. Legally, I will be the copyright owner of this material, and can use it and sell it at my discretion. If you are not comfortable with this approach, please do not join the R&D team at this time.
